Excellent Professional Service
Having visited Dr Caroline Culshaw, and Catherine Keenan today, I want to say firstly that Caroline put me at ease and who would say going to the dentist is enjoyable. She answered all my questions and reassured me about my oral health. This Practice is so professional. The way the bookings are made, then how you are greeted on arrival and looked after during your appointment. Catherine also put me at ease and too provided care second to none. You are both a credit to yourselves and a credit to the Surgery. Thank you so much.

The appointment was well organised
The appointment was well organised, as previously. I was met at the door, my things went into a box then escorted into the dentist. Afterwards I waited to see the hygienist then was escorted in. Excellent service!

Visit to hygienist and dentist
I'm sure nobody loves to go to the dentist, but a visit to Inglewood House is always a pleasant experience. ALL the staff are lovely and friendly. After recently having to have a filling with Caroline, it can’t be easy working in the conditions that they are under at the moment with all the PPE that they have to wear. Full marks to all.

Very pleasant and helpful
Dentist Roshni and her dental nurse were very pleasant and helpful. The dentist explained my treatment plan on my first visit and then root canal treatment carried out over 2 further visits. Each step of treatment was explained to me in terms I understood in a professional and very pleasant manner.
