From walking through the door to leaving you feel completely protected, they do everything to ensure you don't have to touch anything, everyone wearing the necessary and usual PPE.
My check-up resulted in a few fillings that were also done resulting in not having to make a further appointment, the hygienists were wonderful.

The way Caroline and her assistant make me feel at ease and comfortable, because the dentist is the last place I want to go to even out of Lockdown.

Six monthly check up everyone so professional as always plus it’s spotlessly clean and well organised- people forget dentists when they mention key workers but they have had to work all the way through on the frontline.

All very organised from arrival and placing coat and bag in a plastic box to seeing the dentist and then seeing the hygienist.

The dentist have put things in place to stay open in these times. But it worked perfectly, you’re called upon when you’re ready and follow simple rules.

I felt safe and treatment was good and kindly done.

Called on the Friday due to a tooth fracturing after a filling came out. Was offered an immediate appointment the same day ! Caroline was as always brilliant and managed to remove the offending tooth even if it did prove to be a little challenging. Well done Great service.

Had a check up with Rob, was fine, great dentist, best I’ve ever had, hygienists Catherine is amazing. fab dentist, can’t fault them, clean and very professional in every way.

Caroline is always friendly and professional and most importantly in my opinion, understands how distressing dental pain is and prioritises managing it.

This appointment was my first in a lockdown and on a whole, the practice has done a fantastic job in securing patient safety, and this ran quite smoothly. I do have a concern though.
I arrived just before my appointment, after booking in through the intercom, I was told to wait to be called, within minutes a female patient arrived, quickly followed by a elderly female patient, I obviously made room for both and was the furthest away from the door and now outside. After 5min (approx) i was called through.
My concern: There doesn't seem to be sanitiser in the entrance porch, or, its not clearly signed for patients after using the intercom. I moved outside to allow the female patients to confirm their appointments, they remained in the porch. It was a dry morning, if this was a wet day i would of got wet.(not a issue for me) I do believe on a wet day people would automatically try to protect themselves and possibly huddle in the porch. Would you consider a outside shelter to protect your patients, especially the elderly against the elements?
I do wish to stress that this is not a complaint, you have done a fantastic job and wish to congratulate you on the steps you have taken.
