Recent appointment
The covid 19 protection system in place was on the whole very good. The only thing I would say is as winter approaches being asked to wait outside is not good. Removing some chairs in waiting area would seem a better way and only then limit access.

Implant review and follow-up
As always the whole team is efficient and friendly. The treatment and care is excellent.
I have recently had quite extensive treatment having had an implant and found the information given in advance helpful, the care and support throughout and following great.
The team are very professional, I had information in advance of measures taken due to CV-19, I was able to chat in advance of the treatment about these measures and felt confident every safe measure was being taken.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice.

Recent appointment
When l started having issues with my teeth my request for an appointment was quickly arranged and I was reassured after seeing Caroline. This was followed up by an appointment with the hygienist who was equally professional. The measures in place worked well and were reassuring.

Very good as always. I have recommended Rob to family and friends as he is an excellent dentist who always puts you at ease. My children have always gone to Rob and have no fear at all of the dentist feel like its going seeing an old friend.

Robust COVID measures in place
Robust COVID measures in place, so I felt very safe attending. Dr Patel and the rest of the staff are very friendly and professional. I felt fully involved in how my treatment was going to progress and was given excellent advice as to the various options I had.

Outstanding practice
Outstanding practice, Rob is a great dentist and his nurse Lucy is a star, they're a good team and work well together to get you through your procedure as quickly and as comfortably as possible, very highly recommended. You're looked after perfectly from the moment you walk in the door to when you leave.
