Patient with me, calming

Generally very good. Patient with me, calming and fully informative about the procedure, although I couldn't hear everything being said because I'm hard of hearing and because of the PPE masks.
They had difficulty putting a frame around my tooth being filled and I got a small cut on my lip.

Painless and easy, Rob is fabulous with me and my daughter, it's never a chore to attend. The whole practice is really friendly and the treatment you get is first class.

Very professional - and the revisions to the way in which you are dealt with gave me a lot of confidence that every possible step is being taken to minimise the risk to patients during these difficult times.
My treatment is still to be completed, hence the score below, Only criticism is that the cost of an NHS crown was not advised during this visit....
