The service itself was quick and my problem easily resolved which was great, however I arrived on time and was waiting 40 minutes for my appointment with no acknowledgement that the surgery was running behind, nor was there an apology. Communication could definitely have been improved.

I am on a treatment plan to improve my gum health and then have a broken tooth replaced. I’m in the middle of treatment from the hygienist which I wasn’t looking forward too but Zoe has listened to my concerns and gone out of her way to make me feel comfortable, tailoring the treatment so that it’s been virtually pain free. This has changed my feelings about dental treatment totally, I won’t dread it anymore and I will be able to maintain healthy teeth and gums. Thank you
