Swift and efficient service
My implant, fitted eleven months ago, fell out five days ago. I came to the practice in person during the Christmas period (emergencies only) and secured an appointment five days later. The implant was refitted and the bonding made good. I was seen on time. All done in 20 mins!

I attended for a hygiene appointment today and I feel extremely disappointed with the experience. I have never left a cleaning appointment feeling this sore. All of my lower teeth are aching. My gums are very tender, and the sides of my tongue were repeatedly caught, which has been very painful.
I was also concerned about the lack of care taken around my crowns, in previous visits, hygienists have always been very gentle around them, particularly as they were done privately at your clinic. This was not the case today.
Overall, I left feeling uncomfortable and upset, and this is not the standard of care I have experienced with your practice before, I felt it was important to give this feedback as I am a very disappointed customer.
