The dentist was lovely - smiling, friendly and supportive. The receptionist who made further appointments for us was very helpful as we tried to juggle two appointments and school holidays. Would definitely recommend.

Clearly explain any treatment

Staff always pleasant and polite. The dentists clearly explain any treatment they are considering. Cannot fault you... so much better than the last surgery I was with.

Prompt and efficient service

Prompt and efficient service so far. Caroline always tells me what she is doing and why during my check ups. She then gives me the information I need to make an informed decision on any treatment that may be required. She is always very calm, pleasant and professional. The hygienist is also efficient and thorough.

Seen promptly in an emergency

Everyone at the practice is welcoming and pleasant. The dentist and hygienist explain what they are doing. They take care not to make procedures as pain free as possible. Cost of treatment is provided. You are seen promptly in an emergency.
