Thank you for taking the time to leave a review following your recent visit to the practice. I'm pleased to hear that you continue to be happy with the treatment that you have received from Caroline. I'm sorry on this occasion you were not happy with the treatment you received from our hygienist. Due to recruitment issues in the past we have unfortunately had a period where we have had to use locum hygienists to cover our surgery sessions so we could still offer this service to patients. Going forward I am pleased to say we have now got a hygienist that has been with us for over a year and a new hygienist that has been with us for the last few months so you should start now to hopefully see the same faces. If you are still unhappy with the treatment you receive, we would appreciate you feeding this directly back to the practice so we can be more aware of the person you received treatment from and we can act upon it.
