Very good experience
You are made to feel welcome as soon as entering the practice which puts you at ease if you are feeling nervous or worried about the treatment you are about to undergo. The dentist explained every step to me and gave me all options which was available to me and gave me time to ask further question overall very good experience.

Most staff usually lovely, however office manager particularly unhelpful and made me feel unwelcome which is poor when you are paying such a large amount for a service.
