Very nervous at the dentist. All the staff the are so very lovely and patient. Talked through everything being done to put me at ease. Would most definitely recommend this dental surgery.

After visiting a few other private orthodontist and not being happy, Rob was very informative. He explained everything throughout the consultation which instantly made me feel this is the right practice for my daughter to undergo her private orthodontic treatment. 9 months on and he really has made the experience a good one and would highly recommended the practice.

I always score the dentist five stars and I still believe it's a five star dentist, however, on this visit I showed Caroline a mark on my tooth and she gave Cher some special polish to buff it. I had my hygienist visit and went to reception to wait for my husband and I looked in the mirror and the black dot that was there was still there, I spoke with the receptionist who was really nice (not sure of name young with black headscarf) and she said I could go back up to Caroline and wait, which I did. I went back in and Caroline was able to sort it out by filling it - she has sorted my front teeth a few times and she is a brilliant dentist. I was grateful she did it but I was a bit frustrated as had I not have looked before I left I would have gone with the mark there and obviously I was there a while and I put Caroline behind. It's not changed my view of the practice and the service I've always had but I felt it appropriate to give honest feedback. The filling cost £35 but I have insurance so I simply claimed this back so paying to have it corrected was never an issue. Hope this is ok and is received in the positive way intended.

Lovely staff and practice, very professional service and we always feel confident in the ability of the dentists. Could do with a few more staff on reception as recently we seem to wait a while and have often been kept waiting to see the dentist way past our appointment time. However we still feel happy with the service and fortunate to have found such a good practice.
