Yesterday I had appointment at 3 o'clock but unfortunately I was waiting about 40 minutes for my turn, when I asked of reception they said doctor have emergency patient but I can't accept that, because that patient wasn't emergency she was instead of my time. Thank you.

I have looked into this matter and can confirm that you were seen exactly thirty minutes after your appointment time, which is disappointing as we do try to avoid such lenthily delays. However, there was most definitely an emergency that caused the delain in that session. However, it was not the patient directly before you, it was earlier in the session and it had an impact on the remainder of patients. I'm sorry this wasn't more clearly explained at the time. We do always try to see our patients when they are in urgent need and most of our patients very much appreciate this level of service and as such accomodate us running late if it is unavoidable given those circumstances. I hope that your future visits will run to time. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to clear this matter up.
