Friendly and approachable staff, always professional..

I visited Inglewood House a couple of weeks back and although I was waiting 15 minutes over my appointment time, I was greeted by a very professional young dentist I believe she was called Dr. Roshy, very good communication told me what was going on throughout the appointment. Not a rushed service something which you find with many dental practices, a highly recommended dentist a true asset to this practice. Will be back A********

Rob is very reassuring to a nervous patient, so much so after having 6 implants with a fixed bridge, I'm now having work done on the bottom.

I’d been messed around by a couple of NHS dentists previously, so much so the thought of going back to any dentist scared me, so even in pain, I’d make excuses not to go. When the pain got too much, I finally and nervously walked through the doors of Inglewood House - from the start, the receptionists were quick to serve me with a smile and offered me the easiest way of providing my information with a tablet which they guided me through every screen on. Then, when the time came, I made my way upstairs to ‘the chair’, where instead of just being thrown back and spoken down upon, I was encouraged to get comfortable and discuss any fears or topics that my dentist might need to know of, it was such a relief having my dentist take on the responsibility of understanding my thoughts, feelings and views before even lifting a finger. Then but by bit, she calmly went through the most thorough inspection of my mouth and face that I have ever been given. She gave herself the time to study the results of the X-ray before relaying to me her findings. And with such understanding, she then proceeded to give me healthy tips and things to try at home, before then confirming that she would write up a plan of attack so to speak and mail me my options ready to go forward and accept treatment. Never was I rushed, never was I forced opinion on, never was I looked down upon or made to feel uncomfortable in any way. Dr Culshaw has REALLY restored my faith in the dental world!

As usual my check up with Caroline and appointment with the hygienist was thorough. The staff are friendly, helpful and approachable.

Caroline was, as always, very professional, helpful and gentle. She explained the procedure in detail which reassured me. Her assistant was also very efficient. Thank you.

Fantastic start to finish

Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Rob talked me through each step of my visit and discussed the various options of treatments available. I felt relaxed and in safe hands.
