Excellent service at Inglewood House
I've been a patient at the practice for many years, and always found my dentist Rob to be professional, friendly and reassuring. As a nervous patient, he has always taken the time to explain what he is doing, and uses modern methods to make the experience of a visit as good as it can be.
The support team are also helpful and approachable, and getting a suitable appointment straightforwards.
I can't recommend the practice highly enough!

First Appointment At Inglewood House Dental Practice
Have a lifelong fear of dentists (miserable experience as a very small person) so once I find one I feel comfortable with I tend to stay. However having relocated to Bury in 2011 I decided I was time to relocate my dentist too.
First visit as an experiment with fear and trepidation - no problem thank goodness! I'm here to stay.

Welcoming and efficient
The receptionists are very welcoming and will answer any questions. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and there are magazines and water in the waiting room. I see Mr.Rob Dorrington who is always through in his investigation, explains choices thoroughly and then veers towards a joint decision. He communicates well and gives excellent treatment.

Excellent, I couldn't hope for better. I presented as an emergency patient with toothache that was progressing from mild to painful. They took an xray and immediately discovered some serious decay requiring a large filling in a back tooth. They did it immediately and it took an hour. I was very impressed.

As always the experience at the surgery was excellent. Caroline and her surgery colleague were totally professional and friendly making me feel welcome and instantly at ease. At every stage I was fully informed of procedures and the findings of the 'assessment'. I was also fully involved in respect of proposed follow-up treatment and totally confident in the decision that was determined. The personal warmth and engagement is wonderful. Thank you. I would also praise the surgery for the excellence of the staff in reception.
