I rang the surgery at approx 9am and spoke to Stephanie. She was very polite and offered me an emergency appointment at 2pm that day, which was fantastic. It wasn't with my usual Dentist but I didn't mind. I arrived at 1.50pm and only waited about 5 minutes before I was seen. The lady Dentist was lovely. Very understanding, as I have a fear of Dentists. She dealt with my filling problem very quickly and explained further options in case the filling falls out again. I was really pleased with this visit. I was quite shocked at the price at the time for about 5 minutes work but having spoken to Stephanie again she explained the banding system to me and I understood. Thank you so much girls.

No problem with appointment. Dentist, Rob and staff, professional and polite but when booking next appointment re implant, told that it was the policy of the business to require payment in full before work completed , and arranging next appointment !
This is unacceptable..I have had implants done on two occasions in the past and never been confronted with this demand for payment before the work was done ! In fact never had to pay in advance of work being completed for any type of work ..i.e. building /electrical, plumbing etc etc..!!
I was never told that this was your policy when I was quoted for the implant and have had two appointments in the lead up to accepting the quotes provided.

My experience at Inglewood Dental practice has always been excellent. Caroline and her assistant are not just professional and friendly, their treatment is personal to their patient and there is no sense of being rushed because another appointment is waiting.
The Hygienist is also excellent, friendly and very patient about working near my crowns that I have had over 20 years!
