Overall very pleased with the service
My most recent visit was caused by a lost filling - the practice fitted me in on the morning when I rang - although unable to see my regular dentist I was treated by an excellent replacement. Overall very pleased with the service - as I have been for several years now.

Enthusiastic, and extremely competent
The staff who looked after me were new to the practice, they took a lot of time and care to find out what my needs are, and the treatment was first class. I feel confident that I can improve my dental health with their support. They are young and enthusiastic, and extremely competent. The practice is in good hands.

The best service I have ever received!
Came into this practice a few weeks ago, didn't have to wait long to be seen, was seen by a young female dentist I believe was called Dr.Patel she was very professional and calm walked me through the whole treatment kept my nerves at ease, would definitely recommend this practice to my family and friends. My appointment was due to an emergency. I was given an appointment for the day after I phoned. I was asked if I was in pain, which I wasn’t. I assume if I had been, I would have been seen that day. As it was, to be seen within 2 days was very acceptable. At the appointment, my problem was solved.

Happy With All Aspects
Interaction with the dentist was good. I have an issue with one of my teeth. She outlined the options very clearly and left me to make a choice in my own time. We also discussed possible further dental work and again she was very informative and polite. I feel I have a good relationship with my dentist and the reception staff. In all the visit went well and I am happy with all aspects of it.

Check up for tooth pain
While unfortunately I couldn't be treated for my tooth pain at the time of appointment xrays were taken and it was explained to me what to to minimise pain and I was told to come back in a couple of weeks if I was still experiencing tooth pain.

An excellent practice
Over the years my husband and I have been patients at various NHS dental practices and found all of them unsatisfactory.
We have been patients at Inglewood House Practice since it opened and it is an excellent practice.
The reception staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming as are all of the practice staff that have engaged with us.
The Practice is well equipped with modern equipment and standards of hygiene are very good.
Our dentist, Rob Dorrington, is an excellent practitioner. He is friendly, professional and
knowledgeable. He has a calm approach and we feel involved in decisions concerning our
treatment.
We haven’t had experience of the other dentists in the practice but feel confident that they operate to the same high standards.
We see Catherine for regular hygienist appointments and she also provides an excellent service and always with a smile!
