New patient experience

I was delighted to find a dentist offering NHS treatment and had my first appointment today with Adam. He put me at ease, asked well structured questions around my medical history, then examined my teeth, including photos and x-rays. He then outlined a proposed course of treatment to address issues. Everything was very straightforward and he was open and honest regarding options and pricing. I left feeling confident that my treatment would be carried out to a high standard.Thank you.

Lovely welcoming atmosphere from the moment you enter the door to this surgery.
The staff are both helpful and informative which helps to reassure you if you're feeling nervous about treatment.
Spacious waiting room area with magazines and the television.
The two lovely women involved with my treatment immediately put me at ease and everything was explained clearly.

I’m very grateful

Extremely friendly staff. Made to feel very comfortable in the chair by the lady dentist and her assistant. Very pleased with the result, she did an amazing job and the work she did feels great and saved my tooth for as long as able. For this I’m very grateful to her.

Very professional and personable service by both Caroline and Zoe. Would highly recommend this practice as they are always happy to help. Reception staff are also very helpful and efficient.

Check up was fine. Not as happy with hygiene treatment. Water was spraying a lot more than usual and the treatment was quite uncomfortable.

Half tooth fixed

I unfortunately fell and broke my front tooth in half, luckily I found the other piece! Adam and his assistant were brilliant and put the other half back on. I hardly felt a thing. Was done thoroughly and gave great advice.
