Inglewood House Dental Practice
I am unable to climb stairs and was expected to wait for 25 minutes as no ground floor surgery was available. That necessitated me having a rushed check up given that I had an appointment for a blood test. Surely I'm not the only elderly/disabled patient - suitable arrangements need to be made to accommodate like patients at the time of their appointment - either that or install a stair lift.

We do always try our best to ensure we can meet the varied needs of our patients. I can assure you we have many patients that we see downstairs and it is not a problem. It is easier if you could make the need for a downstairs surgery known when making the booking as this prior knowledge can ensure we book your appointment at a time that we know a downstairs surgery is available and it should therefore avoid any delay in treating you. Sympathetic and professional
I am terrified of the dentist and of needles and had to have 6 injections in one sitting. Catherine was very sympathetic and professional and although it wasn't pleasant, I will go back and have the other side done.

Makes being a nervous patient much easier
Since being a patient at Inglewood, all staff are nice polite and courteous, and the environment and decor are really pleasant, being a nervous patient all this makes my visits a lot better !
