Friendly. Approachable. I chose Inglewood over others because they didn’t charge for the Invisalign scan, which is the first step to g etting Invisalign braces. All the other practices I visited were as king for commitment to the treatment before knowing its suitability .

The experience is good, however , I booked an appointment for the 23rd at 12pm, but received a letter to say he had missed his appointment on 16th October ( I never booked this) when I contacted them , they said the receptionist would have booked that date and there was nothing they could do and it would go down as a failed appointment. He has never missed any appointments!! I always book appointments when he is off ( Easter hols - April and half term ( Oct) so I not very happy about this ! They did fit me in for the 23rd though , but I’m not happy about the failed appointment.
