Don't really like going to the dentist but had to go for a filling. The ladies were chatty and amusing and considering I had a couple of injections and the dreaded drill, overall, we had a laugh and a joke and it made it all the more easy going

Roshni is very pleasant, efficient and does a good job. Preparing to have a crown. The only drawback of the surgery is the long wait times for appointments for NHS patients. I assume it's the same at other dental clinics.

Had an appointment today for a checkup. Roshni also took x-rays in preparation for a crown to be fitted. Very efficient and good advice on my dental care.

I arrived at the time of my appointment and was greeted by two very friendly receptionists who went out of their way to help someone who was clearly nervous about attending their appointment. After they had helped me with the signing-in process. They asked me to wait in the waiting area, which was really relaxed. After only a few minutes, the dental assistant came and asked me to come to the room. She was really reassuring and made me feel comfortable throughout. When I met my dentist, who was new to me, she was unbelievably reassuring. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing, as amazing as a dentist appointment can be. Fantastic customer service.

This was my second hygiene appointment (and fifth overall) since signing up as a new patient last year after years of avoiding dentists due to past trauma and I have always been made to feel very comfortable. Zoe is absolutely fantastic, no judgment, just honest advice and it has been a massive help. I’ve already booked my next appointment in 3 months’ time and now look forward to my appointments!

I had an emergency appointment with Sabrina today for a cracked wisdom tooth, and she was absolutely brilliant. I was quite nervous, but her calm, confident, and reassuring manner immediately put me at ease.

She quickly assessed the problem and repaired the tooth in around 10 minutes with no pain at all. The whole experience was far better than I expected.

Sabrina was professional, skilled, and genuinely caring. I can’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you!

The dentist I always see is very pleasant, helpful and never prevaricates so I can trust her judgement.

I must admit my recent experience did not meet my expectations. I called in to arrange an appointment for a regular checkup, and a cleaning, as discussed with my dentist previously.

When I requested the cleaning I was met with reluctance by the receptionist. She explained cleaning is either prescribed by the dentist or would need to be booked private. I informed her that the dentist had told me to book it in my next appointment, to which she responded this treatment is rarely prescribed to any patients under NHS, and would require a general check up first. I explained that due to work I would prefer to schedule it in the same appointment and limit my absence. As stated in the call, I have private dental insurance, and asked for the price difference of a NHS treatment versus the private treatment. At this point the receptionist remained adamant that cleaning must be prescribed or booked following a checkup. I requested that she review my notes to see if it was prescribed, however, as she was not medically trained, this would not be possible.

The service alone was unpleasant, she was impatient, disruptive and dismissive. I understand that medical receptionist have a demanding job, and at times patience wears thin, which can spill over to the following patients. We are human after all, nevertheless, as a customer you would expect at least to be provided space to finish you sentence without being cut off and made to feel as if your query is causing a inconvenience to their day. Personally, I work insurance complaints, sometimes we have to be cordial even when we don’t feel like it.

The most unfortunate aspect of this, is the impression I am left with, even when advised by the dentist, even after requesting a privately paid appointment for cleaning, I would still be required to pay for two sessions, take time off for two appointments. I have never experienced this at a previous dental practice, and it comes across as a way to ensure the customer spends as much money as possible towards their dental health.

I’ve just finished my Invisalign journey with Rob and his Team. The service I received was excellent from start to finish. All the team are professional, caring and it’s such a friendly environment. I’ve been with this practice for years, Roshni is also always so patient and caring and always puts my family at ease. A big thanks to Caitlin too, for being so welcoming and answering all of my many questions, she’s a lovely girl and credit to your team, I’m so happy with my new smile. Thank you Inglewood!
