New crowns on top teeth

Hygienist appointment

I saw Sara the hygienist today for a scale and polish. I have PTSD and medical appointments can trigger me. I explained to Sara that I was nervous. She was really reassuring, patient and calm with me which really helped me to remain calm for the duration of my appointment. I'm really happy with the service overall. It's nice to feel understood during appointments too as I've not had positive experiences in the past at another practice.

Emergency appointment

Had issues with cracked tooth. Was booked into an emergency appointment. Service was all very good.
Only issue is the waiting time for the treatment for a crown fitting on the follow-up appointment, offered any cancellations, they will call me.
