Dental check

Having not seen a dentist in nearly 20 years I was very nervous about seeing one today. Knowing Roshni on a personal level I was more than happy that she agreed to treat me. Roshni put my mind at ease straight away and explained everything she was going to do.

Highly recommend. Felt comfortable as a nervous patient. Pain free compared to previous experience at another practice. Advice given and teeth feel much cleaner with staining removed.

Always great visits but this just seemed different right from the off! Best visit in the 20 years that I have been seeing the practice. New stand in hygienist was welcoming and the service provided from start to finish was like being with your best mate, a really great patient experience as dental visits go!! Rob as always was his usual charming and engaging self. Team are all great whatever role they play. Keep up the great work

Appointment with hygienist

Had a 3 month review with the Hygienist today. She was very helpful, constantly checking I was OK during the treatment and clearly identified why it was necessary to continue with 3 month reviews rather than 6 monthly reviews as I had previously. Overall a good job.
