Very disappointed
I was annoyed because my dentist was aware of my health problem and was going to give me an adrenaline injection instead of a non adrenaline injection and I have to keep reminding him of this and this shouldn't happen, also he keept a cotton wool piece in my mouth when the work was done, which he didn't take out, I had to do this myself after I left the chair, I am very very disappointed. I am going to change dentists.

I saw the dentist this morning. She is kind and caring. I am having some treatment later on in the year. She explained everything in detail. Told me all the pro and cons of the different treatment and even showed me photographs of what it will look like. I was very impressed.

Both appointments delayed substantially
Whilst I've never had anything other than a great service when visiting the Practice historically, the past two visits have been disappointing. I normally arrange to visit on my lunch hour meaning time is limited, especially when visiting both dentist and hygienist on the same appointment. On the past two visits, both were delayed meaning I was late back to work on the penultimate visit and had to reschedule the hygienist on my most recent visit. Delays can happen of course but there should be feedback to forthcoming patients to avoid unnecessary journeys.
