I had an appointment to see the dentist at 10.30am followed by the hygienist. I saw Roshni the dentist on time and after that I was asked to go and wait in the waiting room to see the hygienist. At 11.10am I asked the receptionist how much longer she thought I would be waiting to see the hygienist and she politely told me it would be another 20 mins which brought it up to 11.30 to which I replied I’d have to re book as I had work to get to. I appreciate patients arrive late for appointments which isn’t the practice's fault but it’s the second time I’ve had to re book. Apart from this it was the usual professional service.

In for check up but knew part of the tooth was missing. Caroline explained was old filling, 2019 I think, that had broken. Recommended to re-pack. No drilling, just clean and pack. Excellent service.

Dental check up and hygienist appointment
As always, the treatment from my dentist was excellent and options for future work were thoroughly explained.
I had not previously seen the hygienist who treated me today and I found the experience quite exceptional. He listened to me and calmed my anxieties and offered extensive advice on managing my oral health and any gum problems. By far the most helpful and thorough hygienist I’ve ever seen!

As usual I was greeted warmly and Rishi explained what she was doing and why. Her comments took into account family dental history that could be relevant to me.
