Been for treatment today with Sabrina, I was very nervous, but she put me at ease from the start and talked me through everything, absolutely brilliant and her assistant was as well, sorry I didn’t get her name, I had 2 teeth out and 3 fillings all in one sitting, cannot recommend Sabrina enough, thank you to you both.

Build up of broken tooth
I recently moved to Inglewood House Dentist and have now, after 9 years of a broken tooth that looked horrible and no other dentist would fix, has been made better and I now feel good to smile and talk to people again. Being a female and having a gap /half tooth knocked a lot of my confidence, hopefully I can now start to work on building this up again

Dental Assistant during Appointment
The nurse/dental assistant had no empathy nor compassion towards me.
I was crying, stressed out and screaming of pain, she didn’t bother to comfort me or assure me. I was drooling over myself and had some tissues where they were overused, she took them off my hand and didn’t give me anymore. She was totally disconnected from the client, didn’t bother. I am a nurse myself and with no empathy towards our clients it is not worth to do the job.

I'm sorry to hear that you found the dental nurse that was assisting with your treatment not as compassionate as what we normally pride ourselves on. Your comments will be passed on to the team. Unfortunately as we cannot be sure which dental nurse this was we won't be able to speak to this nurse on a one to one basis. If you feel that you would like to contact us directly so we could discuss this and provide more direct training for this nurse that would be appreciated. Assessment of loose crown and a damaged tooth
Caroline the dentist was as always really helpful and showed me the xray result and explained that the crown was not permenant as there was no root of the original tooth to adhere it to. I await her estimate for the treatment of both teeth.
