Adam and Millie were brilliant reassuring and professional.
I was shown detailed X-rays and given a treatment plan.
I was even able to attend earlier than scheduled because of a patient cancellation the desk team did a great job of contacting me and getting me in.

6 teeth removed and dentures in

I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with how your NHS appointment with us went and that you felt it was rushed. I will feed this back to all our team as unfortunately I am not aware of which dentist you saw when you visited the practice, so I cannot discuss this with them directly. When you have an NHS check up, having a scale and polish is not always guaranteed as it is not always clinically necessary and the NHS will not cover procedures that are deemed as cosmetic. Under the NHS we can only do treatment that is clinically needed, otherwise there would be a private additional charge for things having a scale and polish. I hope you will be happier with your appointments in future and please feel that any concerns you have you can discuss them with the dentist or any of the team.
