Not easy to improve on Perfection.

From being reminded by text through being greeted by the reception staff, treated by the Dentist and nurse it was just perfection.

Professional and kind

Check up with Roshni and advised of problems near my crown. I'm an anxious patient. Roshni patiently explained the variables and my options and we came to an initial decision re follow up treatment. I had a locum hygienist who was pleasant.
As usual everyone I came into contact with at the practice is professional and kind.

Dental abscess

I have attended this practice for many years. Recently had a nasty dental abscess. I was seen on the day I phoned. Unfortunately, seven days later, having not responded to anti biotics, I was seen again the same day I phoned. I am a very nervous patient & was, as always, treated in a professional, kind & understanding manner by Roshni & reception staff. Thank you.

Standby Cancellation Appointment Service

I was unable to make a dental appointment combined with check-up and hygienist visit due to another medical appointment elsewhere at the same time.
Whilst being initially offered alternative dates several weeks later, I asked whether they had a standby service that I could go on should they get any last minute cancellations.
Two days later I got a phone call asking if I was able to make it the next morning which was ironically much earlier on the same day of my "original" appointment which I was delighted to accept.
Too marks for Inglewood's efficiency and for their polite and friendly staff !!

Wonderful service as usual, the receptionist fitted me in on my day off work within 2 days of ringing for an appointment. Roshni is trying her best to patch my tooth up so I don't have to pay for a crown and I can't thank her enough. Excellent staff and service.
