My son recommended Rob about 15 years ago, who did great work for me and gave me the confidence to come back for check-ups knowing if anything was wrong he would be able to fix it. I was worried when I met Cherandra for check ups but again on each occasion I felt reassured and so this morning after coming back from a holiday with a toothache I did not hesitate to ring and make arrangements for same day appointment. The treatment was quick and easy. I feel Cherandra gives me the best and honest advice and is easy to ask questions too.

Can't praise the surgery enough, from checking in at reception to seeing the dentist the staff and treatment was first class, I arrived nervous and was quickly put at ease, I was kept informed and told of every procedure being carried out during the visit.

I normally hate going to the dentist but with Robert Dorrington I feel like I am in safe hands. He really listens and seems to genuinely want to make a positive difference. New Crown
Rob fitted a permanent Crown today. Hardly felt my injection, which was great. Rob took his time with me and the new Crown is perfect. Rob's care and attention to detail is very much appreciated. I actually look forward to next appointment for further treatment for a great smile and for me to say that about a visit to a dentist is quite something !!!

The appointment itself was fine, with new hygienist who explained what she was doing and why all the time
My issue was with the service beforehand. I was sat waiting in the waiting room for 10 mins after the appointment time with no explanation of why I had not yet been seen. I then asked when I would be seen to be told there was a problem with the systems and they were doing their best.
I was then waiting over another 5 mins before being called in.
This was after having to reschedule as the appointment I had booked 6 months ago with my dentist appointment was cancelled by yourselves with a week to go due to no staff.

A good experience
New Hygieniest Victoria was very welcoming, helped put my mind at ease over teeth staining from mouthwash and generally was a good experience.
Rob was very good as usual and because I was experiencing toothache and facial pains he x rayed and found a gum infection which was dealt with antibiotics.
