Unfortunately sometimes emergencies arise whilst treating patients that may put us behind but this should not be happened every time you come to visit us at the practice. I think this practice is amazing, from the moment you enter and are greeted with Lisa through to the treatment and advice you receive from a very professional, thoughtful Roshni and the dental assistants. We can only apologise for the wait that you had to be seen by the dentist and this is definitely not the experience we want our patients to have. We are happy to hear you were pleased with the outcome of your treatment once you were seen by the dentist.
Unfortunately as you have stated things do change throughout the course of the day when we are treating patients and sometimes an emergency can come along that does set us behind.
We do try and make patients aware as much as we can of delays but sometimes as we try and catch up we cannot always be aware of what the wait time might be, which is why we can't always let you know if there is a delay before you arrive at the practice.
I have passed your comments on to the dentist and the team and we can only apologise again that you had such a long wait at your last appointment. Many thanks.

Professional, respectful care

As always professional, respectful care received by all of the team. All staff are always kind and patient with all clients. Busy reception today but Lisa (receptionist ) smiled throughout and gave everyone as much time as they needed.

Had terrible tooth problems. Got emergency appointment. The receptionist was very helpful. Got me appointment for that morning. The dentist was so good. Gave me antibiotics.
