Just want to say a big thank you for another awesome appointment today. I have been a member of the practice for a little over a year now and have always found the staff to be both courteous and very helpful. Nothings too much trouble. From the receptionists, to the hygienists and the dentists i have always been treated in a professional manner, kept well informed regarding my teeth care/treatments and made to feel comfortable (lets face it most people are not huge fans of dental work). Would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of seeking out a new dentist.

I'm not a huge fan of dentists. It's nothing personal, but I've almost always associated dentists with pain.
Due to Covid, I never booked an appointment and I fell off of the customer list. I had an issue a few weeks back, and called to make an appointment. There was a slight delay as I wasn't a patient, but I wasn't in pain so that was fine.
Today I've just seen Dr Sailaja, oh my word... I know its a cliché to say that I walked out with a big smile. But honestly I did.
Very quick appointment, no waiting, no pain, no injection needed, filling sorted. The Dr and her assistant were lovely, reassuring, professional. The receptionists were great too - nice to go somewhere and be able to have a bit of a laugh about things.
100% recommended - 5* is not enough, could not fault the surgery in any way.

I have had an excruciating painful tooth and swollen gums for the last 3 days and knew it was time to get an appointment to get it checked out, the issue being I’m not registered at a practice anywhere. I called Whittlesey Dental Care and spoke with Collette - she couldn’t have been more helpful if she tried! Listened to me, was empathetic and really went above and beyond for a non-patient like me. She advised to call later that day to see whether a spare appointment the following day was still available - I did so, she confirmed I could have it, the rest is history. Collette was an absolute star and a real credit to the practice. Tooth now sorted and I’ve now registered with them in the back of their fantastic customer service. Thank you!

From the first appointment to the last for having top and bottom dentures and a few mended and taken out. The staff were lovely and attentive. The dentist was also really professional aswell. They all went above and beyond their service will 100% recommend you to friends and family ;)

I would like to share what an amazing lovely friendly dentist this is. Dr Sailaja and her team could not make you feel more relaxed.
I started my journey with them just over a year ago when I had my teeth straightened with Invisaligns, and then finished off with 3 implants. I have never felt comfortable with dentists in the past, but here I would be excited to go in for my appointments rather than scared. Keep up the AMAZING work all of you.

I have had a brilliant experience at Whittlesey dental care, from being welcomed with a lovely smile at reception, to my appointment in the dentist chair. Colette and Sreya made me feel so at ease, comfortable and relaxed, which is extremely unusual from previous experiences. Colette and Sreya was speaking to me throughout my appointment, being very reassuring at all times and also asking me if everything was ok, which I think is paramount. They both gave me information about what products are good to use, which was very beneficial. I would highly recommend this dentist and I’m looking forward to my next appointment with these wonderful ladies!
