Thoroughly explained the treatment plan
Periodontal consultation with Dr.M.Patel was my first visit to WHDP. As a nervous dental patient I felt at ease with Dr.Patel, who thoroughly explained the treatment plan.

Had cracked a tooth over the weekend so phoned Monday at 0900 , got Appt next day and by 1100 all sorted
Normally see Mrs Shergill who is great as I’m such a coward but Mr Patel was very gentle

Emergency swiftly dealt with
My tooth suffered a breakage on Saturday. My wife phoned the Practice leaving a message to see if I could be treated on Monday. 9 am sharp on Monday morning Rita the lovely receptionist called to say I could see Dr Shergill on the Monday afternoon - brilliant- we are most grateful!

A return after many years despite moving away
I moved away from Winchmore Hill 7 years ago but I came back to Dr Shergill as I did not develop the same level of trust as with my local dentist - trust that I am getting great care. Dr Shergill really is excellent!

Very professional
As always, from walking in the front door to leaving I am welcomed by reception, the hygienist is very professional, always explains the procedure and very friendly as she carries out the procedure. This service hasn’t changed in the 30+ years I’ve been coming to the practice. Excellent customer service.

I'm very happy with the treatment I received. Impressed with the technology which allowed the treatment (I had a large filling fitted) to be completed in just one session without the need for further visits. I found the experience comfortable and stress-free.

Amazing
Reception staff and Dr Shergil were amazing, same as usual. Been coming here since I was a little girl and I only trust Dr Shergill with my teeth anyway. I don’t know what I will do once she retires. Fingers crossed she keeps going.
