Braces & Faces is the best dentist I have ever been to! From a young age I have always hated going to dentists. The receptionist, Dr Meejed and Nurse Shelby all made me feel at ease as soon as I arrived. I recommend this dental practice to everybody! You won’t be disappointed.

I had my check up a few days ago with Dr Meejeed and nurse Shelbey. Really pleased with the service I received- from check in to leaving, I was made to feel really welcome, all staff were very aware of Covid and wearing of masks, cleanliness and one way in and out premises. I felt very safe.
During my appointment my teeth had a good going over, and talked through on my ongoing teeth care. The appointment wasn’t rushed at all.

I have been taking my elderly mother to Braces and Faces Dental Centre for over a year now. Having been recommended by a family friend of the professional and friendly service of the dental practice and staff. I decided to give the dental practice in Wolverhampton a try.

From the outset, the dental practice has provided my elderly and fragile mother with outstanding professional care, courtesy and empathy. Prior to the appointment, the receptionist sends a text message as a reminder. Following up with a phone call as another reminder of the appointment.

Space is usually available on the driveway of the dental practice when attending an appointment. On one occasion the receptionist saved a space, so I could park my car. Making it easier for my mother to enter the dental practice. When entering the practice, I am always welcomed with a smile and helped with assisting my mother in the practice. A chair is specially brought over for my mother while waiting for her appointment. I have found waiting times to be short.

The dentist and nurse that my mother sees on a regular basis are Dr Majeed and Nurse Shelbey. I have found these dental practitioners exceptionally professional, caring, down to earth and carrying out their professional duties with integrity. The dental room is spotlessly clean and both individuals follow the Covid 19 procedures of wiping down and wearing appropriate safety clothing.

Dr Majeed and Nurse Shelbey have put a smile back on my elderly mother’s face. Giving her confidence in her new dentures and the ability to do everyday tasks again. They have done everything possible to support her dental care, giving her their full attention. Highlighting the options available and the best dental treatment going forward. They have also been flexible in offering future appointments for follow up check-ups.

Having visited several dental practices in Wolverhampton that have never been satisfactory. I have found Braces and Faces Dental Centre to genuinely and sincerely care for their patient’s wellbeing, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.

I am glad I have found this dental practice and in particular Dr Majeed and Nurse Shelbey who work great as a team. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice to family and friends.

Salina has a very friendly, professional team . My son was put at ease during his first brace fitting appointment. Chantelle and Sharan made it a very positive experience.

The customer service is amazing. I have been coming here for a while now and Chantal, Claire and Salima have always been very welcoming and kind. The treatment is also always excellent. I would recommend the dental practice to anyone looking for treatment.

Very happy with my handscale clean by Fiona today, so quick and didnt hurt, considering iv not been to a dentist for 20 years.. Fiona explained the process very well, did a brilliant job, took away all the build up around my teeth left me feeling very satisfied.. Labina receptionist always friendly and very helpful , Sharon assisted very well.. I am so glad I joined this clinic, my son has also joined on my recommendation and my husband is in process of joining to.. based on my experience with them.. well done girls.. keep it up. 👍

The girls here are amazing!! They are so friendly and bubbly. They always make sure that your comfortable and make you feel so welcome.

Great customer service and really welcoming. I’ve had my braces on for over 2 years and have seen some real improvement. Salima is very professional and always makes sure I’m okay throughout my appointment. They have also continued to check up on me throughout the pandemic which is very comforting. Would highly recommend.

Braces and faces is amazing ! The staff are extremely welcoming and they helped my daughter feel at ease during appointments. They talked through the procedures and were sure to check she was happy. I would like to especially thank salima for being a great orthodontist and a friendly welcoming face.
Also, chantelle and sharon today were amazing and welcoming as always, whilst removing my daughters braces. They have amazing up to date technology and overall are an exceptional team, in an exceptional environment . I highly recommend.

I cannot thank the team at Braces & Faces Dental Centre enough for the excellent service and care that I have received during my orthodontist treatment. With a warm, friendly and professional approach the team and in particular Salima and Chantal have gone above & beyond in making me feel at ease with my Invisalign treatment. Detailed explanations are given throughout the entire process which was really helpful and appreciated. I will definitely be smiling a lot more and recommending this superb dental practice to my friends and family.
