The whole team are so reassuring, helpful and knowledgeable. My treatment was quite involved and everything was explained to me so thoroughly. The treatment itself was so well done with minimal discomfort considering. The 'bedside manner' of the whole team is exceptional, including the receptionist who greets you on arrival.

Braces and Faces have gone above and beyond in my Invisalign treatment and my general dental care. I can say, I would not bother going elsewhere due to the care and attention they take which is also the reason why I have continued with my dental care at this practice.
I originally came here due to wanting and needing my teeth straightened, which at the time had started to cause me issues with eating and pain. A special thank you to Chantal and Salima. They have looked after me over the year of Invisalign treatment and continue to check in every 6 months after treatment. Chantal is very skilled, very knowledgeable and always try to work with the patient to ensure they have the best results possible. I have always had such a warm welcome and easy conversation about the progression and my thoughts on the Invisalign treatment.
The practice as a whole has worked with me when it comes to the bill and have offered a multitude of avenues to pay. There are not many companies out there who trust their patients but this is one company you can put your trust in. They have also gone above and beyond in booking me, at a time suitable and working around my job, along with always sending out reminder messages the day or couple of days before any appointments with all the key details and as a result I have never missed any appointments, absolutely brilliant.
Special thank you to Ricky who worked around my schedule and took time to explain the work needed to be done on my teeth before I started my Invisalign treatment. He schedule me just before Christmas ensure I can start the Invisalign as soon as possible and also gave reassurance of the work he carried out (4 fillings) highly skilled.
