Dental Appointment

I've been going for years and always everyone is more than pleasant and always smiling, it's a pleasure to go and most importantly if you have a dental emergency you are fitted in almost immediately, well it was in my case a year ago.
Also I got caught up in traffic and I rang to say that I couldn't make my appointment in time and then I rang to say I was still caught up and would be 15 minutes late for my appointment with the dentist. The dentist still saw me. These little things are what you pay for and worth every penny.

My 3 year old son had an appointment. He coped very well with the dentist. Matt was very good with the homework & explained things well. The only problem I have is access to the building. There are only stairs & no lift. I have a 1 year old too & I always have trouble with access because I can't get the pushchair up the stairs & carrying the car seat is hard work up so many stairs. My baby was in the sling this time. Staff have always been very helpful, though. They've helped me up the stairs & even let me use the back entrance last time, nearer the car park. I do think the management should think about making the business more inclusive & accessible for parents with young children/wheelchair users. Excellent professional service otherwise. I have been at this practice for many years.
