A good experience
Dr Wyse was very patient with a difficult patient! Courteous while I was unwell, and helpful to make it as easy as possible for me to receive a difficult filling. The dental nurse was also very patient and supportive. A good experience in a difficult situation.

So, the hugely scared dentalphobe had to have two extractions. Poor old Mat and the amazing Charlie somehow managed this incredible feat. Not only did they manage to talk me through having impressions made (and I'm not talking Tommy Cooper or Frank Spencer), they jointly instilled so much trust in me, due to their joint patience and kindness, that I actually returned the next day for the extractions. Can't say it was the best day of my life, but I CAN say it was a lot quicker than I expected. Also, my new smile fits perfectly, looks pretty damn good if I say so myself. But the best bit, within 36 hours I gingerly removed them for the first time, and I had already healed up. I only had one painkiller, as well, and that was on returning home. Thank you all so much. All the staff are always friendly and helpful. I would say I can't wait to see you all again, but that would be a fib. xxxxx

My dentist always puts me at ease, he is very thorough and I feel very comfortable with him. The dental nurses and reception staff are so friendly and welcoming and always have time for you.
