Dental appointment
After not going to the dentist for 4 years this was traumatic for me. My dentist had retired so I saw a new dentist. He was very polite and explained things well, including onscreen views of my teeth.. X-rays were taken in the dental chair unlike before in a ‘cupboard’.
I was sent for hygienist treatment which was quite uncomfortable.

Yes our X-ray location has now changed, we previously had our X-ray machine in a seperate small room where we sat people, however we are now able to take them in the surgery. We are happy you felt Dr.Dhillon explained everything well to you. We are sorry you felt the hygiene treatment to be uncomfortable. Sometimes this can be the case unfortunately. We always try to make sure treatment is as pain free as possible, however everyone is different and some people can feel more pain than others depending on their needs and gum health. If however you experience any sort of discomfort during treatment in the future , please raise your hand and the clinician will immediately stop and try to make it more comfortable for you. If you have any other concerns or want to discuss anything we are more than happy to have a chat with you about it , if you would like to call the practice. Kind regards Lucy

Fantastic service
Fantastic service- Dr Dhillon was friendly and informative. I explained I was nervous about the treatment and he put me at ease and ensured the treatment was pain free as possible. I have also decided to have Invisalign and I’m excited to start my journey under Dr Dhillon’s care.

Put me at ease
The practice procedures are good and the hygienist and dental nurse were excellent and put me at ease. I had an air abrasion to clean between tooth staining and it was a comfortable and efficient process.
