Service was faultless as usual
As a long-standing customer this was my first visit with newly appointed dentist Jaipal. Service was faultless as usual, with all appropriate Covid precautions in place. All staff were friendly as well as professional.

Friendly, skilled
The dental care offered is excellent. This was the first time I had met Dr Dhillon and he put me at ease. He was friendly, skilled and happy to explain what was happening.
Likewise, Chelsy the hygienist was friendly, skilled and very helpful.

Although I find it stressful going to the dentist, the staff put me at ease. My experience at Larcholme has always been positive from when I walk into the surgery to the moment I walk out. My dentist always gives me treatment options available and talks through everything as the treatment is taking place - I find that reassuring.

Check-up and hygienist appointments
Was very nervous since seeing a new dentist and a new hygienist after 50 years with Andrew (now retired) and his father. Both understood my nerves and did everything they could to make me more relaxed. They completed their work with competence and I began to gain some confidence in them - though it will take a few more visits before I'm completely at ease! My fault, not theirs!

I was fortunate to be a patient of Kate Hopkins and the team at Larcholme and today I had my first appointment since Jan 2020.
