Visited to have a crown reinserted after it came out. Got in straight away, my usual dentist was not there but saw the lady dentist who was lovely. All staff there are so friendly, helpful and understanding. This is an amazing practice and I have used it all my life , I am now in my 60’s!!! Highly recommend Denplan. Would have been lost without it.

The welcome is always warm and friendly. Very clean surroundings. The staff explain things clearly and their advice is helpful. I never find the oral examination invasive, as my dentist is very careful and she has a light touch. Ditto, the dental hygienist. All the staff are lovely at this practice.

My treatment was perfect
Always a pleasure to see dentist nurse and receptionist, my treatment was perfect, I am nervous and that is taken into account, my treatment is always discussed with me and any options offered for me to consider. I would not be paying for my treatment, or returning to this practice if I were not completely happy, I am entitled to an NHS dentist but have chosen to use Larcholme and have no intention of leaving.

With regards to your kind comments, the cracks are currently being monitored by our insurance company and because of this, unfortunately we are unable to do any repairs at the moment. In regards to the carpet, we will put in a request to the directors about having the carpets cleaned.
