Woodborough House Dental Practice

A slight glitch in the usual seamless procedures. I registered at reception on time for my 2.30 appointment. I wasn't called for 20 minutes despite the dentist running to time. Apparently he had not been advised that I had arrived in reception. Apologies from him and from the receptionist.

Everyone at the practice is very polite and helpful.

I had a very thorough examination and some suggestions to improve my dental hygiene in brushing my teeth.

Rupert and all the team at Woodborough House are excellent in all they do. Couldn’t want for a better dentist. Thank you

I’ve been going to Woodborough for many years and honestly think they set the bar for how a dentist should be. I’ve lived in different places in the UK and even abroad (Abu Dhabi), so I’ve experienced a fair mix of dental care, but Woodborough has always stood out and by which all others are measured.

The most important thing is teeth results, and they’ve always delivered. They’ve looked after my teeth since I was younger (back when I wasn’t great at looking after them myself), and now they also take care of my three kids—who all need very different approaches—as well as my mum, who has dentures.

A few reasons I think they’re so good, beyond just teeth results:

- They know their stuff and actually explain what they’re doing and why.
- They don’t push treatments—the focus is always just on what’s best for your teeth.
- It feels personal—you’re not just another time slot, the staff genuinely make you feel welcome.

For me, they’re not just “a dentist,” they’re the place I trust with my whole family’s care.

I could thank the entire staff, someone in my family has probably seen one of them at some point, but special shout out to Hamish and Ellie!

I have been so impressed with the care I receive from all the staff at Woodborough House Dental Practice. Communication with the reception staff regarding appointments is always pleasant and efficient. The dental nursing team I have come into contact with have always been friendly and helpful with special mention of Nina and Talia and my Hygienist L'Ren has kept my teeth looking good for many years.
In the last year or so I have had remedial work carried out by Dr Hamish Macaskill who has done a superb job of realigning some teeth with professional expertise with gentle care and helpful advice and I look forward to seeing him and my regular dentist in the future.

The team is always very helpful and very satisfactory, thank you.

As usual, I received excellent care from Rupert and, new to me, Suk as well as from the dental nurse who is covering for holiday leave and whose name I do not know. Everyone was kind and gentle and brilliant.
