Caring and considerate

Both dentist and assistant were caring and considerate during my time in the chair. I have suffered no after effects and have already had a call from the surgery to ensure I am ok.

I have been visiting Woodborough House for a year and I cannot be happier with my experience and the service I have received! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. Over the last year they have taken me through a long journey following a bad experience at a previous dentist. Not many people can say they enjoy going to the dentist, but I actually do now! I would recommend this practice 100%

I am very pleased with the treatment I received today from the staff.
I am a disabled patient and I require help to get around the surgery.
The staff are all willing to assist me and help me to get to the place where I receive my treatment.
I am not put under pressure to be quick so made to feel relaxed and ready for the treatment.
The staff always provide me with a place to sit in the reception area and make me feel comfortable with my situation.
They are happy to help me with my departure.

Following treatment including complex implant procedures at Woodborough House under the meticulous care of Dr Nick Fahey I would highly recommend this dental practice. Nick and his team opened my eyes to the world of advanced dentistry. Highly skilled yet still able to empathise with patient anxieties and take time to explain each step in the process. Woodborough House Dental Practice - My experience

Hygienist's equipment screeched like a dentist's drill. The cold water was painful on gums - note - I do not generally experience sensitivity. The end of my tongue was hurt.
Hygienist looked miserable and was impatient with her nurse (who was very friendly).
Unpleasant experience
