All of the team were pleasant, polite and efficient - they do a super job to make what for most of us is a daunting experience into one where there is confidence in the skills of those providing treatment to be as pain and discomfort free as it can possibly be plus confidence in the outcome of the treatment.

Have been going to Woodborough House for many years. Staff are always helpful, talk you through any treatments, and take the time to ensure you are comfortable and understand what they will be doing. Alex is personable and professional throughout any process and the practice always check in afterwards to make sure things have settled.

As a regular customer of Woodborough House, (some visits by design, others pain driven!) I can honestly say I’ve been nothing but impressed by all the staff, from the cheery welcome on reception, to the resident dentists and their visiting specialists. One in particular I’d like to thank is Orthodontist, Dr Ammar Al Hourani, whom I saw recently for root canal procedure. I was in some pain, with very deep decay, and was not looking forward to my tooth being drilled! However, from the initial consultation through to the actual procedure, Dr Ammar put me at ease. A few jokes to break the ice (always appreciated), a thorough description of what to expect and any questions I had, (listened to and answered calmly), and check ins with me during the process. The whole procedure took just over an hour, pain free, and I walked out a happy customer and remain one!

I recently had to have an additional implant having had fairly extensive cosmetic dental work at Woodborough by Nick many years ago.Good to report that the impressive level of technical skill and patient care has not only been maintained but improved.The whole team from the receptionists to Nick and his very able team are uniformly excellent.
