I joined Woodborough House Dental Practice 3 years ago after moving from London. I have needed treatment for an infected root canal, and last year took the plunge to have braces fitted. At each stage, and for each type of treatment I have been treated sensitively, kindly and professionally. I feel I've experienced top quality dental treatment in a genuinely supportive environment. I want to mention the particular orthodontic care I've had from Dr Luis Mendoza and specialist nurse Katalin. Luis has improved my smile ten fold, and at each meeting he has been gentle, professional and given me a sense of space and time to get things exactly right. This process took 12 months to complete and my trust in his judgement and professional abilities just kept growing. I strongly recommend Woodborough House Dental Practice.

Fantastic surgery that’s gone over & above for my family. Helen in particular. It’s taken 7 years to get my autistic daughter comfortable enough to have an appointment and Helen was patient, funny and made a stressful experience more than bearable. Very nervous and anxious patient but from the very first phone call I felt reassured that this team cared. Alison was extremely helpful and arranged an appointment with Rupert- who was gentle and professional which helped with the anxiety. Everything was explained nothing rushed. Issues identified and all treatment options explained , nothing was ' pushed' for a decision.

Having recently moved to the area I was recommended this practice by a few people and they were spot on. My new patient consultation and hygienist appointments with Rupert and L'ren were scheduled in quickly and they were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The staff on reception are lovely, Virginia got me registered really quickly and easily. All in all, delighted with this practice!

I am an extremely nervous patient. I visited the practice with quite a badly broken tooth as I had heard they were an excellent practice. From the moment I called to make the appointment I received excellent service. I mentioned to the receptionist about my anxiety and she recommended a dentist whose name is Rupert. On my first visit he listened to my anxiety and gave my mouth a thorough examination. We made a plan and today I had my first treatment.
Both Rupert and Ruth his nurse put me at ease, did an excellent job with no pain. Many thanks to you both and all of the team.

Had a infection in one of my back teeth. Didn't fancy going to my previous dentist (not a friendly bunch at beech lane dentist in lower early) so sought out Woodborough. Absolutely brilliant staff at reception and Dr Rupert who treated he's a great dentist who explained the aftercare very thoroughly. So like to thank Dr Rupert and his assistant once again, aswell as the reception for making my agony easy for me. Thank you.

I have been attending another dental practice for the last 40 odd years and one of my front teeth was causing me trouble and I had hoped to rectify it with root canal treatment. Unfortunately my other dentist was unable to do it and my wife, who had been going to Woodborough for years suggested I try them. The root canal treatment was unsuccessful and they suggested I had an implant.
I had rather an attachment to that tooth having been with me for 74 years and was apprehensive in having it removed particularly as it was in the front. However the practice put me at my ease having explained the procedure and I felt confident that Nick was the man to do it.
I had some of the procedure carried out under sedation which I thoroughly recommend for a good day AND nights sleep and I hardly felt a thing. Apart from Nick tapping the implant in with his sledge hammer.
All the staff at the practice are so friendly and was "disappointed" when it
was all complete so I thoroughly recommend Woodborough House Dental Practice.

Nick and his team have been outstanding and totally transformed my smile, health and life. I have been on a 4 year journey with them dealing with severe gum disease. I have had teeth extractions, implants and teeth straightening.
From the outset Nick was open and honest about the challenges I faced but has guided me through the process. I have felt in exceptionally good hands throughout, the treatment has been very well explained and I have been confident in Nick’s professionalism and care. Having reached my 50’s I thought the option to rectify my smile was long gone, but Nick had given me the chance to smile again and I am extremely grateful to him and all his team.
