Lost a filling 2 days ago, go on holiday in 2 days, surgery got me in to see my own dentist the very next day! All sorted and now pain free, before my holiday! Could not ask for a better service! All staff are brilliant here! Glad its been my dentist for over 10 years.

The girls on the reception when you go in are lovely and when you go to get your treatment done they are good they tell you what you need to do after they have seen you so very good I think.

Efficient reception, small waiting time, dentist explained everything, appointment made and out the door.

I wasn't always able to hear the dentist but he did ask me before each procedure for my permission so I felt in some control. He was quite abrupt which was not conducive to a relaxed atmosphere.

I’ve had Alex for years now, a lovely dentist and also cares about her patients.

Alex was confident in the treatment that she did for me, building up a large filling on my front tooth.

Alex and Carol are first-class, nothing is too much trouble, they are professional and kind and go out of their way to help.

Had a phone call asking if I was free as they had a cancellation Which was great for me, as my appointment was in Oct but they did say if a cancellation came would I accept. Fantastic service and my dentist explained everything with my procedure and aftercare.

Visited this morning for a filling with Raksha. Spoke to the practice yesterday as I was in a lot of discomfort over the weekend with an issue with one tooth that came on suddenly. Grace was brilliant, she kept me informed to see if I could be seen that day and when an appointment couldn’t be made, she efficiently got me booked in for the following day. I’m not the best with needles and felt quite nervous beforehand. On arrival, there was a bit of a wait to be seen but the overall atmosphere in reception is calm and the staff are lovely. Carol has dealt with us many times and is fantastic, you can ask anything and she’ll explain or rearrange appointments if needed with ease. Raksha was fantastic, I explained my concerns about the treatment and she was calm and made me feel at ease straight away. She was professional, understanding and explained the process which made it feel more manageable. I didn’t feel a thing when the anaesthetic was administered and the calm breathing coaching was much appreciated. She was extremely thorough, making sure I felt okay throughout. She’s seen me and my daughter for a check-up previously and was equally lovely. Thank you so much for the care you provide your patients.
