Another excellent visit today, 15.5.26 to Alex and her very kind dental nurse, at Blueberry way dental practice.They both need an extra big thank you for sorting my 2 yearly x-rays, calmly and expertly; as well as completing my regular routine check up and thanks to the reception team, as always and for guiding me through the new online record collecting system, which seems really efficient. I am very sorry that you feel "Ripped off" this is not how we wish our patients to feel during there jornery through practice.

My experience
Very little personality from almost everyone we dealt with. Dentist didn't put us at ease or explain anything or really speak throughout the whole appointment, receptionist communicated basic functions but nothing more friendly and welcoming. X ray taken but no reason given or comments made. A very expensive box ticking exercise.
