Appointment
Every time I visit they are always running at least an hour behind, the receptionist don’t warn you of that when you check in. I have found that there is one receptionist who can be rude, I am a teacher so I am unable to get appointments during term time. Today I had to book an appointment and when I said it needed to be in the October half term she sighed at me and pulled a disapproving look.
However, my dentist herself is incredible! I am a very nervous person when I visit the dentist and she makes the experience on the chair a bearable one, she is always so reassuring!

My experience
The only issue I can raise from the generally good service provided is that if a patient opts for private treatment which comes at a cost, a 2 month wait for treatment seems unreasonable.

The dentist as always was excellent.
The younger staff particularly the receptionist needs a lesson in customer service, such as using please and thank you more often and just generally acting like she is interested.

Extraction
The dentist was very professional and gave me the extra time I required. Shame the nurse mentioned in the reception area it wouldn’t stop bleeding after my extraction then I was having stitches when my wife was waiting for me. The dentist is a lovely person and is certainly strong.
