My experience
I don’t feel as I had the proper treatment… I was in there 2 mins, air released in to my teeth.. asked if I had any problems and bye!
My teeth weren’t even counted to the nurse that was assisting.
Very dissatisfied.

My experience
The dentist I saw for my appointment today had a very abrupt manner and was monosyllabic. I do not feel he examined my teeth thoroughly as the whole appointment was about 3mins. He did now go round the teeth as usual.. I was offered a filling for a tooth which previously dentists have said would not be suitable for filling. When I said this he muttered “your choice” . I was offered x-rays but to be perfectly frank I felt so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave. I told the reception staff did not want to see him again. Not the usual service at all and very disappointing.

July 2023:
I arrived late for my appointment, yet the receptionists were understanding and the dentist graciously agreed to see and treat me - so thankful.
Got a follow up call from Alex (my usual dentist) a few days later, checking that the treatment I received while she was away had gone well and offering further help where necessary.
In these days when people complain about NHS dentists, the long wait for appointments and the treatment they receive, I just want it to be known that there are dentists who go above and beyond and offer an outstanding level of patient care.
