Absolutely brilliant, Beatrice was lovely and very thorough, explained all my options and was very efficient. Highly recommend the ladies on the front desk, very friendly, just what you want when walking into a surgery, excellent service all round

Issue as our usual dentist was away dealing with a family emergency.
There was therefore a delay but the receptionist who dealt with us was superb. As we were waiting a fair time we noticed she dealt with all patients in the same manner which couldn’t be faulted at all. She was a credit to the Practice.
The replacement dentist was brilliant so much so we’ve changed to her permanently.

Explains everything clearly
I cannot praise this practice enough. The receptionists are so pleasant and helpful (even in a stressful situation) and Alex is amazing. I don't have the best teeth but Alex goes above and beyond to see me whenever I have a problem (and they are quite frequent!!). She is very reassuring and professional. She explains everything clearly and gives me all the information that I need to make decisions regarding the treatment I need. I must also mention the dental nurses who have been brilliant too. Personally, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff were lovely
The staff were all lovely, and I was given a clear outline of my treatment plan and associated costs after my appointment. All necessary follow-up appointments were also booked before I left.

An emergency appointment as I broke a tooth and I was seen the next day. I wasn't happy with a 40 min wait when asked could you make 9.00am, but pleased with the dentist I saw.
