My experience

Only issue was I arrived at 1130 for my app at 1135, reported in and signed paperwork, was asked to go upstairs to waiting room, sat down at 1134, dental assistant came up and went in the room, I was not called in until 1145, which was ten mins after my app time, there was no one in the room before me as I’d sat for over ten mins waiting.
No one else in the waiting room either.
No apology for keeping me waiting. I wouldn’t mind if it was busy etc but it clearly was not.

Attitude, all the staff are friendly and welcoming and my dentist and the dental nurse are very attentive!

My experience

My appointment was at 8.30 however the dentist did not arrive until 8.40. Every time I come for my appointment no matter the time I am always seen late

Swadlincote Dental Practice

Dentist was rude, they forgot to refer me to the hospital nearly 2 months ago and I'm now currently sitting in the hospital with infected gums which are causing me to not eat, vomit blood and pass out which would have been avoided if they had done their job.
