My experience

My dentist was very uncaring and lacked empathy. She could see I was in significant pain but continued nonetheless. Didn't pause once to let me breathe or relax. I'd attended for a routine checkup but ended up with lots of drilling and a filling which I didn't get a say in. I felt very uneasy and have since requested to change dentists.
