Swadlincote Dental Practice
I am a very anxious person, after seeing a different dentist today I felt a lot more comfortable, the assistant dentist in there was lovely as well, she could see I was anxious and calmed me down slightly.

The process was painless
Susan Tivey the dental hygienist carried out a deep clean and polish on my teeth. I explained before we started that I am a nervous patient. She was patient, professional, and the process was painless. I would recommend her work and her professionalism

My experience
Overall good, efficient service but I've had a crying child for the last hour as the dentist's delivery of the information that she wasn't brushing her teeth properly was very abrupt and rather harsh. Telling me (not her) that she hasn't brushed them properly for over a month and pointing to one tooth in particular and telling me it will fall out. The information was needed and we'll make sure we do something to protect her teeth better now but there's no need to terrify a child like that, especially one who does brush their teeth twice daily but clearly just needs some help to properly clean some of them!
