I do love my Dentist, Rasha. Obviously I paid £73.50 for exam and next appointment for a filling but no appointments until August. Why do we need to pay for our appt and treatment 5 months in advance?

The Receptionist was Polite and. My New Dentist is Called Deeba. Deeba was Polite, Friendly and Professional. She explained everything that she was going to do and throughout My Check up plus X-Rays I was totally at ease. I’ve got to go back in April to have a bit of work done.

I have never had a bad experience with swadlincote dental practice. Our dentist Uma is great, she is efficient and good with my children. The staff at the reception managed to give me an urgent appointment the next day and treated my cavity there and then. Amazing service 🥳
I will not change my dentist as long as Uma works there 😊

Makes my son feel at ease
Alex has been my dentist now for several years. She is really friendly every time I see her and very thorough when checking my teeth. When I've previously had any issues she has always listened and tried to find a solution or something that will help.
My son sees a different dentist at the practice who is also lovely and makes my son feel at ease.
I find all of the staff at the practice really friendly and welcoming and would recommend the practice to others.

We are delighted with the practice
Have been seeing Alex Zubieta for many years and she is so talented, very thorough and explains everything she is going to do, she explains what is best for you to keeping your teeth healthy. We are delighted with the practice, nice pleasant staff. I do look after my teeth and don’t have to have any further treatment.

My experience
I was kept waiting 35mins. I was left sitting in the waiting room. I had to ask if I was going to be called. No one came to speak to me to explain why everyone was called before I was. Dentist gave a half hearted apology.
